The story of our digital JUMBO campaign.
Our start-up company “Top Advertising”, has decided to establish business relations with Jumbo and undertake the advertising of the summer campaign of the store chain for the summer of 2023. Jumbo is a Greek retailer of toys, giftware, household products, and stationery. The company operates stores across Greece, Cyprus, Bulgaria, and Romania under the Jumbo brand name, in addition to the e-jumbo online store. The company derives the majority of revenue domestically, with the target audience being mostly children under the age of 15 but also any clients regardless of their age that wants to buy any toy or everyday use products for a fair price.
Our project's goals are, to create awareness of Jumbo’s summer collection of toys and equipment, and to surpass Jumbo’s competitors, in sales and product quality. What’s more, as clients buy products from Jumbo after watching our advertisement, Jumbo and our company will gain profit. So the aims are the same.
For a better promotion of the campaign we also created a brand message:
We thought of creating a new collection which will be sold exclusively in Jumbo stores and will consist mainly of swimwear. As we already know, of course, Jumbo already has a collection of summer items but this one will have something special. Lastly, part of the profits will be given to organizations involved in cleaning up the seas.
Our social media campaign will feature a well-known singer performing one of her songs, while at the same time promoting the products for which the summer campaign will take place. As we live in a high-tech society, the biggest sources through which the advertisement will be shown and promoted are the following: social media, television, and our website. What’s important to say is that there is a giveaway running on our Instagram account, with a special prize: 30 vouchers of 50 euros in value.
