The Story of “Stardust Humans” Digital Startup AD PR Agency: From Inception to
Impact

The Beginning

“ Stardust Humans” began as a creative challenge posed during our
Introduction to Advertising and Public Relations course. The task was to create a Digital Advertising/PR agency, startup company. This sparked the formation of our team, composed of students from Greece and Erasmus students from Italy, Romania and Poland. United by our diverse backgrounds and shared vision, we decided to form a company that would connect people, amplify unheard voices, and address pressing social issues through innovative advertising and marketing campaigns. Thus, “Stardust Humans” was born.

Vision, Mission, and Values

Our vision is to create a world where every story matters and every voice is heard.
Our mission is to connect people and share different stories of the real world, particularly those that are often overlooked. We aim to provide a platform for those who are making a positive impact on their communities without the recognition they deserve.

Our values are the foundation of our company:

The Team

Our team is a vibrant mix of talents, each bringing a unique perspective and story:

- Giacomo Bianconi, Content Editor: During his Erasmus in Athens, Giacomo found himself deeply engaged in social communication. He loves how simple sentences can change opinions and markets. His passion for politics and communication shapes the narratives we craft, ensuring they resonate with our audience.

- Violeta Prodan, Data Analyst: Violeta’s journey into advertising was unexpected but transformative. With a background in data analysis, she brought precision and analytical thinking to our creative endeavors. Her adaptability and curiosity drove our campaigns, and she found joy in combining data with creative storytelling to craft impactful messages.

- Julia Witoszyńska, Creative Manager: Julia’ s interest in psychology and self-development has been crucial in understanding our target audiences. Her creativity and precision in communication helped shape our strategies, ensuring they were both engaging and effective.
Julia’ s dedication to equality and team communication fostered a collaborative environment.

- Marcin Data, Content Manager: Marcin’ s fascination with interpersonal communication and the social environment’ s influence on people was invaluable. His ability to work under pressure and his commitment to achieving goals were evident in the successful execution of our campaigns.

- Vaggelis Mistiloglou, Front-end Developer: Vaggelis brought a creative flair to our technical needs. His social nature and favorite phrase, “Carpe Diem”, inspired the team to seize every opportunity. His work ensured our online presence was both visually appealing and user- friendly.

- Myrto Zioga, Marketing Leader: For Myrto, stepping into a leadership role was a new challenge that they embraced with resilience. Overcoming social anxiety and learning to present confidently were significant personal achievements. Myrto’s unique perspective and dedication to communication and patience were vital to our team’ s harmony and success.

  • Maria David, Social Media Manager: Maria’ s passion for media innovation and arthouse cinema brought a creative edge to our social media strategies. She played a dual role in shaping our overall branding strategy and executing our online PR plans. Her work ensured our
    messages reached and engaged our audiences effectively.

The Projects

  1. Honduras Women’ s Rights Campaign: Our first project involved creating a campaign to support women’ s rights in Honduras, inspired by the Cannes Lions 2022 award-winning video.
    This project taught us the intricacies of client-advertiser cooperation, goal setting, and influencing target groups. We proposed a continuation of the campaign title “Empower Her: Transform Honduras” for 2025, focusing on raising awareness about women’ s issues and advocating for political change.
  2. Novibet’s 15th Anniversary PR Plan: Our next challenge was to craft a PR strategy for Novibet, a leading company in Greece. This project required us to develop creative ideas that would engage both clients and employees. Presenting our plan to Novibet’ s representatives and
    receiving positive feedback was a testament to our growing expertise in professional PR settings.
  3. EPAZ Greece Animal Adoption Campaign: The culmination of our efforts was a campaign for EPAZ, a Greek nonprofit organization dedicated to stray animal adoption. Our strategy, “Adopt.Make a For-ever Friend” aimed to foster a culture of adoption through social media engagement, community events, and partnerships with influencers and celebrities. This project was particularly rewarding as it combined our creative, analytical, and organizational skills to make a tangible impact on the community.

Reflections and Growth

The journey with “Stardust Humans” has been transformative for each team member. From overcoming social anxieties to learning the power of collaboration, our experiences have shaped us into more confident and capable professionals. We’ve learned that
effective communication, patience, and understanding are key to successful teamwork. The diversity within our team has been a strength, enriching our projects with a multitude of perspectives and ideas.

The future

As we look to the future, we are committed to continuing our mission of connecting people and amplifying voices through creative and impactful campaigns. The skills and knowledge we’ ve gained from our projects will guide us in our future endeavors, ensuring that we remain a force for positive change in the world of advertising and marketing. We are “Stardust Humans” and we are here to make a difference.
