Uber: The interviews.

After reading a numerous of different articles from various sources, we came to a conclusion about Uber’s brand persona, marketing plan and strategies.

In an attempt to achieve a deeper research and confirm all our findings, we decided to take one final step. We interviewed two people with different point of views, but both, somehow being associated with Uber.

INTERVIEW with an UBER USER

Mr. Dimitris was the perfect person to interview since he travels a lot around the world, we is among Uber’s target groups and has a very busy lifestyle. Mr Dimitris has been an Uber user for years and an Uber fan and lover almost since day one.

Mr Dimitris: The vast majority of my ratings towards uber cars and drivers are over 4,8!

As he told us, he prefers using the Uber taxi services because as a rider he has a big amount of perks, such as safety, cleanliness, covenience and ease. In his own words, Uber for him is safety, reliability, accuracy, quality, professionalism and trust.

Stefanos Nastos, 23

Partner Support Representative

Stefanos has been working as a Partner Support Representative in Uber for almost 2 years. His duties, in a few words, include daily contact not only with existing company’s partners but also with potential partners.

Being an insider and a young ambitious man, Stefanos was exactly the person we were aiming to interview. He claims that his personal principles and ideals reflect on the company’s vision: make innovations, work hard, maintain quality and evolve.

“It’s not about ideas, it’s about making ideas happen.”

According to Stefanos, if we could conclude Uber’s ideology in 5 words those would be: vision, creativity, leadership, development, evolution.

All things considered, there has been convergence between the opinions of the uber user and the uber ambassador, in terms of values, vision and quality, as expected
