What uber really is? What the company offers? the ideology — the personality

As students in Panteion University, participating in AD Discovery and Creativity Lab, we were assigned to choose a brand and represent this as ambassadors. So after a little discussion as a team we found suitable for us the UBER brand, due to spending years using its services.

Uber is a company started in 2009 and based in San fransisco. It was founded by Travis Kalanik and Garrett Camp as a new way to help people move easier and faster around the city. Many times, it is a little difficult to find a taxi, especially when you are in the streets looking. Loads of traffic, even more clients. But you can’t wait. You have a job to attent to, a destination you want to arrive on time. That’s why uber is here, to help you make it through!

The app works by calling an uber car from where you are to pick you up as fast as possible. The benefit of the whole thing, apart from escaping the long hours waiting, is the low price too in comarison with the regular taxi. Also, the charge stays the same after midnight.

So Uber brand is about offering new opportunities to people, new opportunities to move faster, follow their dreams and arriving on time to accomplish them. Don’ t waste your life waiting. Find the new way to do it, find the new door that uber is offering. Open uber’s doors to open your life’s next.

What about safety?

Safety is the first priority for Uber. Of course, people do not feel comfortable in some stranger’s car, but we do have ways to make you feel safe. There is New Taechnology improved offering an emergency button for clients to press if they think it is nessecary! Also, you, of couse, know your driver’s information through the app and he/she knows yours, to keep both sides happy..! If you still feel insecure of using uber, there is a team available to answer your questions any time.

Trying to get improve — move forward — change things by:

Doing the right thing, taking responsibility if necessary, and solving the problem

A minute away for your frends, your family, your date, your joy. The faster the better. The whole idea is planned to be real in 2023, not too far from now. Actually, CLOSER THAN YOU THINK!

So in my mind Uber is offering new ways and technology to drive our future in transportation in a very different direction, providing a new whole enjoyable experience to the world, directing in every peoplpe allowed to use an uber, or a plane uber in few years, w’ll talk about that…

Opportunities and newness is what uber does. That’ s the goal, and that’s is our personality: new, fresh ideas to innovate to make the difference in the world, improve what is already here and create something new for our clients to enjoy. We want to have people reconsider the whole meaning of transportation. Transporation as the exhcausting and overcost proccess that you want to avoid but you can’t will not be your thoughts anymore. There is a faster, easier, nicer way to do it. This way is Uber! Uber your life!
