Over the past couple of months, I have watched, participated and debated on Twitter about q whole host of things – primary being everyone talking about how ladies/women are looked down on, let’s take action.

This has been for seminars on women, equality and others where there were no women speakers. Or the Airtel Advt where the wife who is the boss goes and makes dinner. Or the wedding dowry of jewellery. So many of them.

Whilst these are big brands and they also have tried to recover and have different advertisements, there are some that continue irrespctive of what people think.

If you notice this is in The Times of India mostly – an expensive proposition.

So obviously there is a target audience and they are making money.

And will continue to do so whilst the elite, educated will continue to look down, make comments and do nothing.

What’s your take?
