No, we are not stuck in a time loop and/or a groundhog is not going to tell us when the spring is coming. We know when spring is coming and as global temperatures have been rising, it is going to be a hot one. So why do some do the illogical superstitious thing like thinking an animal sees their shadow determines anything about our climate?
