Unhealthy eating seems to be my choice of poison to cope with mom’s cancer, but I stopped once I saw what I was doing. Chain eating hard orange cream flavored candy was that unhealthy choice. Yes, Eric Griggs noted my habit, kudos to him, and called me out on it instantly.

However, I was still in denial and insisted it would not be harmful as my blood glucose readings were ok. Little did I realize that my blood glucose numbers might be okay, but d@mn were my blood pressure and pulse readings threatening a heart attack. Not the best thing for a person that has heart disease in the family.

I did notice tingling in my hands, but I assumed it was MS not the candy I was shoveling in my mouth polluting my blood stream. I was trying to lose weight but keeping my blood sugar numbers okay with candy, but not eating many carbs New flash professor, sugar and carbs from said sugar might keep blood glucose okay, but do they do much damage to the heart if you persist.

Roughly a moth was the “grieving” candy period. I just pray that the average pulse readings of 65 at rest return post haste.
