A Libra’s curse

There’s one lie that I tell myself
With thoughts that conflict my practice
Hiding the burning flame of desire
That I don’t need someone to match with
They say you are all you need
As much as I love me deeply
I can’t lie and say that I believe
I don’t need a lady so dreamy
I’ll bite my tongue as I stand high
And focus on self to pave a pride
A road to find my other soul why?
I feel incomplete without a lady by my side
