Kelsey continues to make her mark as a female leader in the crypto world and beyond as she recently became the first ever recipient of the FrontierWoman300 award at the SDG (Sustainable Development Goal) Frontier Finance Forum during the United Nations General Assembly week on September 21, 2018.

The UN’s sustainable development goals include 17 initiatives to be completed by 2030. SDG #5 (gender equality) is where Kelsey’s involvement with the UN over the past year has been focused.

Kelsey has positioned herself in the crypto world as a well-known advocate for women in the blockchain/tech space which has led to her contributions raising funds for the SDGs at the UN through the SDG Impact Fund, led by the 5th Element Group.

For the first time ever, crypto currencies have been included in the discussion around raising and allocating funds to help solve all 17 SDGs by 2030.

On top of hosting a panel at the SDG Frontier Finance Forum at the UN, Kelsey also revealed her involvement in launching the SDG Impact Fund, which was co-founded by former astronaut Ronald Garan.

The SDG Impact Fund is sponsored by several crypto projects, including Adbank, who will work together to raise funds to unlock new areas of capital, sustainable giving and impact investing.

The FrontierWoman300 award is well deserved as Kelsey forges the way for women and blockchain in making a global impact for the betterment of the planet and its future.
