How to Use the adbank Advertising Platform for Publishers:
Earn money by publishing ads through the adbank advertising network.
The adbank advertising network is revolutionary in all the right ways:

But don’t worry, all this amazing technology hasn’t made it overly complicated. In fact, it couldn’t be easier to use!
Signing up:
If you don’t yet have an adbank account, you can follow the sign up tutorial in the adbank Wiki here. Be sure to sign up as a publisher so you can claim your website.
Once you create your account, you’ll get an email to confirm your account. Click the link, enter the remainder of your details and then you’ll be able to manage your website!

Set Up Your Website:
Go to the “Websites” tab and click the button to add a new website:
On the Websites page, you will see a list of all of your websites. By clicking on one of your websites, you can see the option to create a new ad placement, or edit the ad placements you’ve already set up for the website. You can also delete the website.
Website statuses:
Website can have one of the statuses: Pending, Published, Blocked and Pending Removal.
1) Pending. Indicates that website has no placements or banners are not matched with placements.
2) Published. Banners are distributed on the website and at least one banner has matched with placements.
3) Blocked. Indicates that website is blocked by admin. Contact AdBank support for details.
4) Pending Removal. Indicates that website is being removed. It appears when a user deletes their website, but banners were recently distributed on this website. The system will keep the website for a period of time to ensure that all statistics are gathered and debts are paid.
Set Up Your Ad Placements:
When you add a new placement or edit the website, you can set the monetization settings for each ad placement.
- Rate — USD. Rate is paid for 1000. Minimum rate is 0.01 USD.
- Geo targets — Select one or more countries. Banners will be distributed only to visitors from those countries.
- Keywords — Minimum: 1 Maximum: 100. Keywords should be separated by a comma.
Alternative Content Sources:
Why have one ad network when you can have two? When you select the placement of a Banner, Button or Rectangle, you will have the option to provide an alternative content source. Alternative content source is a code that will appear in the target placement when there is no adbank banner to display. It can be an html code, javascript or iframe.
Impressions and clicks for alternative source are recorded separately. They do not generate adbank revenue and are available on the analytics page.

Placement types
Placement can be one of the types: Banner, Button or Rectangle, Interstitial or Floating DHTML, Inline Video Ad, Overlay Video Ad and H5P Interactive Video Ad.
1) Banner, Button or Rectangle. The regular type of placement. It gets linked to regular image banners and html5 banners.
2) Interstitial or Floating DHTML. Banner linked to this placement pops up in the middle of the screen and on top of all content. It also gets linked to regular image banners and html5 banners.
3) Inline Video Ad. Requires a video plugin. This placement gets linked to video banner that is displayed on top of video content. Video plugin must support VAST 2.0.
4) Overlay Video Ad. Requires a video plugin. This placement gets linked to image or text overlay banner that is displayed on top of video content. Video plugin must support VAST 2.0.
5) H5P Interactive Video Ad. A video banner with interactions on top of it. This interactive videos are supported by H5P (https://h5p.org/).
