Patience
One word of advice I have for all keto beginners is “Patience” . I started my lifestyle change 3 years ago and at the time I was around 280lbs, suffering from anxiety, and always tired. Now I weigh in at 186, no anxiety and tons of energy.
It’s a lifestyle change, therefore it’s a marathon. Have patience, it’s worth it. Learn to listen to your body. Look in the mirror everyday and appreciate the small changes that are happening.
Always remember: you didn’t put on weight and become unhealthy overnight, so you can’t expect to lose the weight and be healthy overnight.
