The Country Manager position involves a very high level of responsibility and self-motivation. The Country Manager will be responsible for managing all operations within a country. This involves taking responsibility for team, sales, marketing, pr and business development.
Key duties:
- Develop a successful commercial development strategy for the country;
- Brand advocate for the region;
- Coordinate and develop all departments and ensure operational and strategic goals are achieved;
- Provide regular business performance reports to the AdHive HQ;
- Recruit and manage staff, including performance monitoring, and possibly mentoring and training. Lead the team to reach KPIs;
- Participate in global and local strategic meetings.
The Country Manager must have:
- C-level manager experience with background from AdTech;
- Strong marketing, business development and entrepreneurial skills;
- Experience of managing cross-functional team;
- Understanding of influencer marketing, blockchain and social media;
- Excellent networking skills;
- Fluent English;
