A Note from AdLunam Co-founder Nadja Bester:
Reflecting on the past year, 2023 unfolded as a year where cryptocurrencies, especially Bitcoin, made a remarkable comeback. The year journeyed from the lows of $16,000 to a height of $44,500, emerging resiliently from the shadows of Crypto Winter, which the web3 industry has been weathering since 2022.
This past year, AdLunam has continued to carve out our own distinctive path as a leading web3 investment ecosystem. We were proud to have AdLunam’s achievements recognised when we were crowned Boldest Crowdfunding Platform and Boldest Blockchain & NFTs at the BOLD Awards in Venice, Italy. We also received the prestigious Times Business Award 2023 for ‘Excellence in Innovation Crypto/NFT’ in New Delhi.
In 2023, our key focus was on forging strong strategic partnerships to ensure our accelerator and IDO launchpad clients have access to the best-in-class network resources to ensure institutional and retail fundraising success. We attended and spoke at conferences in Africa, Asia, Europe, North America, and the Middle East, where we created and strengthened innumerous relationships with a diversity of key industry figures. Our mission to democratise web3 investing continues to be the compass with which we steer our ship, and we’re excited to support a wide range of Web3 startups in achieving institutional and retail fundraising success
Because bear markets are a time to rest and recuperate, the AdLunam team also placed a big emphasis on creating educational resources. Our podcasts Diving Into Crypto and The Future of NFTs recorded a total of 51 episodes across the year. We also launched the Web3 Pitch Arena, creating a dynamic platform where startups and institutional investors can forge meaningful connections.
As 2024 unfolds, I am optimistic about the rejuvenated beginnings in the industry, and the long-term startup success AdLunam is building alongside our portfolio clients. Our unwavering dedication to innovation and collaboration places us at the forefront of the transformative era in web3 investments. We are dedicated to overcoming challenges and setting new benchmarks in the web3 ecosystem, positioning AdLunam as a leading web3 accelerator and IDO launchpad, and launching and expanding $LUNAM.
