Creator Content Platform adoba officially launched the Creator Content Cross-border platform ‘adobaro’ at the world’s largest digital culture conference, ‘Vidcon 2023’.

adobaro is aiming to become a platform similar to ‘Shopee’, which is widely considered the Amazon of Southeast Asia. Shopee does not operate its own commerce system, but it is a platform that allows sellers to enter the market of various countries just by entering its store that is connected to numerous commerce malls. adobaro also provides a one-stop solution that allows creators to open channels on various global platforms simply by accessing. Content creators can freely upload their content, manage data, and receive revenue settlement within adobaro.

Most of the content produced in Korea are currently consumed by Koreans. Because of this, Korea’s YouTube has a small market size limit of 50 million. adoba is a company that aims to overcome these limitations with technology. If it is possible to cross borders and access various platforms, content creators can create more opportunities with a single content, such as additional revenue generation from previously uploaded video content.

adoba is a proud partner for both domestic and global creators entering the Chinese marekt, and has formed official partnerships with 12 major Chinese platforms. A total of 550 domestic and global content creators have entered Chinese platforms with adoba including famous content creators like ‘Hey Jini’, ‘Smile Bam’, ‘Serena Art’, and ‘semkavkvadrate’.

Junhan Ahn, founder and CEO of adoba, said “adoba is a creator-specialized SaaS platform created based on artificial intelligence technology so that creators in various fields can minimize the time and cost involved in promoting content and increasing followers through more global platforms.” He also added, “adobaro, which was developed based on the expertise of having more than 500 teams of domestic content creators enter Chinese platforms, will now open the way to China for global content creators.”

VidCon, which was held from the 21st to the 24th at the Anaheim Convention Center in California, is a creator festival that started in 2010. Content creators, various corporations, and brands from all over the world participate in the annual event. YouTube served as the main sponsor, and various industry sessions were held to share key policies, success stories, and trends of global media content companies.
