Last weekend, the picturesque city of Chengdu played host to a remarkable event that brought together content creators from China, Japan, and South Korea. Gathered all together at the serene Du Fu Thatched Cottage Museum, they share and explore their cultures through poetry, arts, and food tours. The event, organized by the Chengdu Municipal People’s Government and the China-Japan-Korea Cooperation Secretariat, showed how sharing culture can bring people together.

Nine content creators from the three countries, one from adobaro, came together to talk about their experiences and what makes their cultures unique. From delicious food to stunning scenery, they were excited to discover the similarities and differences among their cultures. As a conclusion to the trip, they all agreed that respecting each other’s roots is important.

One of the creators said, “I shared my experiences in Chengdu on social media, and many of my Japanese friends want to visit now.” This shows how sharing experiences can help people better understand each other, and how the figure of a creator has a huge impact in society as they are perceived as an influential figures.

This event was part of a bigger cause called the “Cultural Capitals of East Asia” initiative. It’s all about promoting cooperation and understanding among the three countries. Chengdu was selected as the host of the event due to its cultural hub and place of economic opportunities being the center of science, technology, and innovation.

But, what’s China for content creators?|
For creators looking to reach new audiences, entering the Chinese social media market is more than just a gateway to billions of users, but a gateway to a whole new world of experiences and partnerships. But, as it’s already known, entering this market is nearly impossible for foreigners due to the closed nature of the country. New platforms like ours, adobaro, have been created to help break all those difficult steps such as channel opening with personal ID information, settling the revenue to its own designated account more easier, legitimate and safer.

Innovative initiatives like the ‘Cultural Capitals of East Asia’ underscore the power of cultural exchange to unite nations and foster economic collaboration. As China’s market continues its unstoppable growth trajectory, platforms like adobaro are pivotal in facilitating globalization, making it more accessible to content creators worldwide. At adobaro, we are committed to supporting creators on their journey to establish a meaningful presence in China, working tirelessly to simplify the complexities of market entry. If you join us, you can also be part of these offline events. Together, let embrace the spirit of cultural exchange and seize the opportunities that lie ahead in this new market!
