Hotkey to open Atom’s install package window

To get to Atom’s “Install packages and themes” window, as shipped, you have to open the settings window and click the “Install” tab.

Without installing another package, a hotkey can be created to open the settings tab directly. Just add the following to your keymap.cson file:

  'shift-cmd-i': 'settings-view:install-packages-and-themes'
