Madison+ Ruby is ONE Week Away!

Hello there!

There is only one week left until great friends are reunited, new connections are made and long term memories are created. We hope you are just as excited as we are for the Ruby+Madison Conference 2018. As we are so amped to see you in a new setting; the beautiful city of CHICAGO! Here are some points to cover to make sure you are all set for this Windy City adventure.

Hotel

For those staying at the Talbott Hotel. You will be able to enjoy complimentary breakfast along with other amenities. The hotel also offers complimentary WiFi Access as well as access to beautifully renovated lounges and the hotel bar and restaurant located on the first floor. The hotel is also located only minutes from the Main Venue and the heart of Michigan Avenue shopping district.

• REGISTRATION opens at 8am
• The Newberry Library is located at 60 W Walton St, Chicago, IL 60610
• As the Library lobby is under renovation the main entrance which to our space is located in the back of the hotel through the parking lot, please also see Driving Directions attachment for further details.
• Once you enter you will take the stairs or elevator to the second floor and to the left where you will see our smiling faces waiting to greet you!

The Conference will span for the following days:

• Thursday, May 10th, Conference 8:00am-5:00pm.
• Registration begins at 8:00am.
• Thursday, May 10th, After Party 7:00pm- 10:0pm.
• Friday, May 11th, Conference 9:00am-5:00pm.

Food & Beverage

• Breakfast will not be provided.
• Lunch is brought to you by Bendyworks. All attendees will receive an envelope with an allotment of money for your lunches along with a list of participating restaurants in the nearby area upon check-in.
• Both days coffee, tea, and snacks will be available before presentations begin and will remain open until 2:15pm each day.
• Dinner is self organized (on your own), since we are downtown Chicago we are located right next to the Magnificent Mile. Whatever you’re looking for, it’s probably not hard to find, nor far to walk to.

After Party

• Dave and Busters,60 W Walton St, Chicago, IL 60610 located a block away from Newberry Library.
• Friday, May 10, 2015, 7:00pm — 10:00pm
• The After Party Venue is located only a block away from our Conference Venue.
• We will have our own Private Room and Private Bar for conversation, networking and board games!
• Everyone will be able to enjoy a drink on us as well as a delicious Chips and Salsa bar
• The After Party is brought to you by DevMynd
