Meet Fabio Malet, Senior Developer at the WFN team

ADP Workforce Now (WFN) is a complete Human Resources and Payroll control system, being part of the company’s growth history for its pioneering spirit. It’s our main product in the North American market, but we’ve teams in lots of countries that work developing the platform. One of them it’s here, at ADP Brazil Labs!

Fabio Malet, a Senior Developer at ADP Brazil Labs, works with the WFN team since 2019. He’s one of the developers that are responsible for the modernization, in terms of design and technologies, of the control of access and user permissions. “If a user comes across a new option while browsing, it was certainly granted in our component”, he says proudly.

Along with the use of cutting-edge technologies, such as Java SpringBoot and ReactJS, the bond he created with his colleagues is very much important to him. “Two facts helped boosting my career at ADP so far: I learned to not only learn, develop and create but also to listen, help and share.”, he reports.

For him, working at ADP is always having a space for development, both technically and personally. He’s very grateful for all the encouragement he received through these years, especially in terms of feeling valued by the company.
