Meet Roberto Dias, ADP Ventures Senior Manager

ADP US created ADP Ventures, a new business incubator, which focuses on the development of new applications for the global labor market.

Here at ADP Brazil Labs, we operate as the technological arm of Ventures, and it is up to our team to co-create products that present new and innovative solutions to our customers.

To start a trend in an area that is constantly changing, you need to be willing to take unknown paths. And that was exactly what Roberto Dias, Head of Data Science & Engineering, chose when he became Senior Manager of the team in Brazil.

“Working at Ventures is, as the name says, living an adventure. We are a strategic laboratory for new products, exploring new business areas and building new ways to positively impact the workforce in the world ”, he reports.

And so that everything works with quality and fluidity, the products are being created following the most modern technological trends, such as the use of cloud-native, serverless, micro-frontends, javascript, python, react.js, among others. Combining new technologies with the different views of colleagues, the Ventures team is able to gather ideas and navigate in the same direction — the future of work.
