Meet Stefany Biskup, Developer and Scrum Master at ADP Brazil Labs

Global Enterprise Technology & Solutions (GETS) is a team that operates globally, monitoring and responding to critical incidents with ADP’s technologies and services. It’s distributed between India, the USA, some European countries, and Brazil — 100% of the developers’ teams are here, at ADP Brazil Labs in Porto Alegre city.

One of them is Stefany Biskup, a Developer and Scrum Master. Along with project management and planning with agile methodologies, she also works in the front-end development area, improving her skills by applying current technologies with great concern regarding the UX (user experience).

Her career with us began in March 2019, and since then, Stefany’s professional life has grown a lot. According to her, ADP is a place that invests in the professional growth and human development of each associate, valuing their qualities and differences. “The company has a culture that encourages going beyond technical skills, showing that anyone has the opportunity to create, innovate and develop their career on a daily basis”, she explains.

On her team, there are many different challenges to solve. Therefore, to achieve a significant result, they use innovative and continuous deliveries with great technical excellence, to create a stable and safe environment, operating it through different technologies, such as Python/Django REST Framework, GraphQL, Vue.js, TypeScript, Docker, AWS.

In addition to many recognitions as an excellent technology company, we also have a very strong human side: “I joined a team that had open arms to welcome, listen and teach me. So it was (and still is) possible to have a great exchange of knowledge and experiences among all team members, with people who are enthusiastic about delivering their best, and who encourage this, something that I identify with a lot”, Stefany finishes.
