Adrealm’s Lecture on Blockchain, Cryptos, and Digital Advertising

SHANGHAI — The Adrealm Editorial Intelligence and Operations Unit (AEIOU) organized a lecture on blockchain, cryptocurrencies, and digital advertising on October 24, in Shanghai.

The conference was hosted by the China Europe International Business School (CEIBS) Alumni International Chapter (CAIC) at the CEIBS Campus in Shanghai. The symposium could not have been possible without the help of CAIC, which provided both a wonderful venue and priceless support for the successful organization of the event.

Starting from the premise that a critical approach towards any technology and its implications is a necessary step towards making wise decisions about the conscious adoption and promulgation of it, the AEIOU invited four speakers to convene the lecture:

The fruitful discussion sparked by the four lecturers revolved around digital advertising, blockchain, and cryptocurrencies. Each presenter approached their subject-matter from a unique perspective: quantitative research, market analysis, an entrepreneurial point of view, and a philosophical approach.

Of the company’s successful conference, the AEIOU Executive Director Dr Cameron-Perry said:

“It was great to share with a smart, diverse, and well-informed audience four very different perspectives on three allied topics. This was the AEIOU’s first symposium, and it was very much experimental. But I believe we succeeded on two fronts. First, we were able to provide the audience with good intel from the front-lines of industry. Second, we communicated the importance of maintaining a skeptical if optimistic attitude about claims made on behalf of blocktech, cryptocurrencies, and AI-powered adtech.”
