Our wedding day

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m., but please feel free to arrive a few minutes earlier to enjoy the string trio. River Farm is located at 7931 East Boulevard Drive in Alexandria, Virginia.

Following the short ceremony will cocktails and then brinner — breakfast for dinner! We’re serving sweet and savory waffles, crab omelettes and the like because, well, breakfast is our favorite food and the most important meal of the day (no matter the time of day).

The attire is semiformal (suits for men, cocktail dresses for women), but please make sure you’re able to dance all night in whatever you choose. The temperature may dip down into the upper 40s once the sun sets, so ladies, pack a shawl if you’re anything like Adrienne (cold under 80 degrees).

What we want most out of the day is for everyone to stuff their faces and still feel comfortable enough to embarrass themselves in the ballroom! Please leave us a note if you have any questions. We love questions.
