Adam has an unrelenting drive to lead people and organisations in realising their potential, creating positive social and economic value across civil society. Inspired by sharing and collaborating with others, Adam is dedicated to supporting people do what they love, and live happy and rewarding lives.

Having been instrumental in developing multiple award winning companies, non-profit organisations and public sector programmes for over 20 years, Adam has a truly unique and diverse skill set and cross-sector experience. Adam is Founder and CEO of Digital Changemakers, a consultancy, training and events company supporting ambitious startups, social entrepreneurs, charities and civil society organisations to make a difference with technology.

Tackling complex problems with user-centred project design, Adam prides himself on providing easy to understand solutions with people at their heart. Having travelled the world as a mentor, speaker and trainer, his intercultural experience, emotional intelligence and empathic understanding make him a great communicator and an active listener. Not afraid to challenge and question, he is also ready to reflect on mistakes and learn from all the inspirational people he meets every day.

In technology, Drupal has played a huge part in Adam’s life. The thriving global open source technology community has provided him with the tools to power the web site and applications he’s had the pleasure to build himself and more recently as part of a talented team of makers. Having received training in places such as Israel, Palestine, Colombia and Sicily Adam brings his experience in non-violent conflict resolution and mediation to the Community Working Group’s mission to support community health.

Having worked with mental illness for a large part of his adult life, Adam has worked with regional digital hubs in supporting the development of a network of collaborators to address mental health and well being in the Digital sector.

Adam is a devoted family man and his wife and children are his inspiration. A technology geek at heart, Adam is skilled in web development, music technology and video production.
