Technology of the Year and Proud
Last week we took most of the team (Sarah and Lizzie we missed you!) to the Sunderland Echo Portfolio Awards at the Stadium of Light. We were finalists for two awards, Technology of the Year and Exporter of the Year.
The awards are held every year and we’ve been ever-present since moving to Sunderland and winning the Technology of the Year Award in 2014 — its a fantastic night out that celebrates how much talent, adventure and grit there is in this great city. 2017 was no different with a fantastically diverse range of award nominees getting suited and dressed up to enjoy food, drinks and recognise real progress together.
Sunderland is at a very exciting point in its evolution with a wide range of cultural, technological and manufacturing projects set to take the City by storm over the next months and years. We’re really proud to be part of that.
The next couple of months is also an exciting time for Consult and Design as we’ll be making some changes. We can’t wait to fill you in on the details but in the meantime you can read our blog about the awards over on our website.
