Great write up about Doncic, to give a bit more insight about his flaws, agility while a visible flaw, his scoring options that he relies on are also very rigid. Rigid in a sense that he sticks to only a few spots on the court at times and especially when clutch plays are concerned.

Here is a look at his offensive plays from the most recent EL Finals game:

On the other hand when looking back across the last 80 games that he has played his shot chart comes up as follows:

Defensively speaking Doncic, rarely falls into mismatches. however I want you to see how he does fail with your own eyes. The video is based on the last three games he has played in and covers the positional defensive situations he has been in:

A consistent part of his defensive flaw comes from his extreme low posture when he defends quicker guards or shooters with triple threat options.

Here is a short insight from Real Madrid playing agains UMCA Murcia and Doncic in two possessions in the game:

For the rest here is a summary of his current stats form across this season +70 games:

So overall, I do think the kid, 19 years of age will definitely be a target for lots of NBA teams and the fact that James Jones of the Suns was at the EL Finals watching Doncic carefully does say a lot to me. I wish New York would get him and build around him and Porzingis but likelyhood of that happening are impossible.

Hope this gives some further insight.
