Dr. Wolfgang Richter joins Advanced Blockchain AG
He will adopt an advisory role for the firm.
Advanced Blockchain AG are delighted to announce that Dr. Wolfgang Richter has joined the company as an Advisor. Dr. Richter is a partner at international law firm DWF and an economist with several years experience in development and execution of business models.
Dr. Richter is passionate about the FinTech and DLT spaces. His main focuses are Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs), development of parallel currency structures and using his expertise to advise on blockchain and crypto currency related projects.

He has worked for major international law firms including a Big Four accounting firm, where he developed close working relationships with middle market companies and large multinational conglomerates. He also has experience in investment banking, having handled M&A deals in the financial sector, real estate finance as well as equity and debt structuring, among others.
Dr. Richter has also worked for the Treuhandanstalt, a German government agency charged with privatising state-owned companies in former East Germany. He was responsible for collaborating and coordinating with investment bankers, business consultants and legal and audit firms.
Dr. Richter is a valuable addition to the growing Advanced Blockchain AG team. His experience and expertise will undoubtedly be of great help to Advanced Blockchain AG’s continued development and innovation at the forefront of this fast evolving industry.
