Advanced Analytica launches Pre-Diligence — Automated Due Diligence Services for M&A
Advanced Analytica, a UK based advanced analytics and data service provider has launched ‘Pre-Diligence’ — a deep dive database analysis service that is capable of assessing database content at scale.
Pre-Diligence is a Context Recognition Engine developed by Advanced Analytica’s to provide due diligence teams with access to configurable machine learning tools to scale capacity. Pre-Diligence can analyse structured, semi-structured and unstructured content residing any database using unique pattern matching and context recognition algorithms to produce reliable metadata for specific due diligence tasks.
Initially the company will be providing Pre-Diligence as a Service to support lawyers and in-house legal teams with AI assisted due diligence.
