The Cruise Industry Embraces Digital
It’s been two years since Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd. hired Jay Schneider away from Walt Disney Parks and Resorts as the cruise line’s first Senior Vice President for Digital. His mandate: to integrate digital technology into all aspects of RCCL’s ship brands to enhance the cruise experience for passengers and make it more efficient for employees.
