When it comes to caring for ourselves, most of society doesn’t get to caring for the mind because of their own beliefs and views of it, alone. Yet how unfair and unkind as two words to describe, that truly is. To just not even bother or think to view something as crucially important as the health of our own brains.
We all have brains yet many citizens of society choose to not use it. Oh what real change could be in store for them and their lives if they ever choose to see things differently enough to care for their brains just like any other body part or organ it the human body.
“It’s not the load that breaks you down. It’s the way you carry it.” ~ C.S. Lewis
This quote truly describes me with many other explainable scenarios when my parents refuse to treat me properly as well as not seeng the whole picture with fully hearing my side of the story.
As well as being fully mindful which involves letting go of one’s judgments and listening to someone speak and ask to clarify what you are hear them tell you to make sure you understand what they are telling you.
I’ve even tried that so many times for so many years! I can’t believe this has been going on for longer than I first realized.
When the worst case scenario comes true, clinging to hope is all we’ve got left. ~ Arizona Robbins
How important is one’s health? So crucially important. And the brain, is so crucially important for the human body and all human beings. Without the human brain, we wouldn’t exist.
So therefore, why doesn’t the rest of society view and understand that they should only have reasons to care for their own brains on top of actually using their knowledge and education gained in both school and college/university to actually become civilized citizens of society and respectful people of the world?
Now I believe it’s time we change the game.
Don’t hate the player, hate the game. – Hannah Montana
