On November 29th, the “2018 International Blockchain Conference” kicked off. It was a collaborative effort, organized by the Central Network Information Office, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, Changsha Municipal People’s Government, China Electronics Association and China Electronic Information Industry Group Co., Ltd.

Haobo Ma, CEO of Hoopox Information Technology Co., Ltd. and founder of aelf, was appointed as a member of the first committee of the China Electronics Society Blockchain Branch and participated in the preparatory meeting.
