*Terms & Conditions for AENX Discount Benefit: Zero Trading Fees for first 30 days.

The benefit is eligible to all newly registered users of AEN Exchange (“AENX”). The benefit shall commence for each user based on the date of their email registration (the “Effective Date”), following which such users shall enjoy a period of ZERO trading fees when trading an onboarded trading pair within the AENX platform, and shall persist for a duration of 30 calendar days from the Effective Date.

Subsequent to expiry of the zero trading fee period after the 30th calendar day, all trading fees charged shall be dependent on each user’s VIP level, whether trading fees are settled in AENS, as well as the personal particulars of each user’s referral status (if relevant), as stipulated on the user dashboard under “Overview of fee discounts” within the AENX website.

This Zero Trading Fee benefit only applies to trading fees on AENX, and does NOT apply for withdrawal fees (which are charged at standard rates that may apply at the time) should users opt to withdraw any supported digital asset from the platform, or any other fees that may be relevant to AENX as introduced on a future date.

Any referral rewards and kickback rewards eligible to Referrers or Referees from AENX’s Referral Program, shall be calculated based on the actual situation at the time. Therefore, should the Referee be enjoying a period of Zero Trading Fees (i.e. first 30 days), any related referral commissions and kickback rewards shall also be zero over the period. Once a Referee’s trading fees normalize subsequent to the discount benefit period, all relevant referral commissions and kickback rewards shall also normalize based on the particulars of the referral link binding the Referrer and Referee in question.

AENX reserves the right to override, amend, change the Terms & Conditions of the aforementioned discount benefit at any time without prior notice should it be considered necessary to support / protect the interests of its userbase and/or facilitate the continued operations and services of the AEN Exchange, and its related applications.
