Aergo Scan Update to v2.1

Aergo Scan will update to version 2.1 on Jan 13th, 2023(KST). This update contains various functional and usability improvements.
The update:
- provides the tx status(success or failure);
- adds an image-url and NFT uri column to NFT inventory tab;
- adds a Block Producer column;
- provides a QR-format wallet address(scannable for mobile apps);
- adds a Contract Creator column to Contract Account page;
- provides the voting power of each accounts.
