Aerobotics US Inc. (“Aerobotics”, “we”) is running a referral program which provides participants (“you”) with a chance to earn a fee for referring suitable candidates to us to fill the open roles set out in this offer. To be eligible for the program you must : (i) be a legal resident of the United States of America; (ii) be at least 18 years old ; (iii) have a valid, USD denominated bank account; (iv) not be employed by a recruitment company we contract with; and (v) have the prior consent of any referred candidate to share their information with us. You will be entitled to the referral fee on the following conditions: (i) you must refer a candidate not already known to us (we will confirm this); (ii) your referred candidate must be placed in the role recommended by us and must remain employed by us in that role for a minimum period of 6 months to be paid the full fee; and (iii) you must actually refer the candidate directly to us (no indirect or implied referrals will be eligible for a fee). Fees will be paid as follows: 50% of the fee will be paid to you within 30 days from the date falling 3 months after your candidate commenced employment with us and the other 50% will be paid within 30 days after the 6 month period has passed. Fees will only be paid on presentation of a valid invoice and supporting identification documentation. The program is subject to the additional terms and conditions: (i) we reserve our right in our sole discretion to end the program, decline a referral as well as to change these terms and conditions without notice; (iii) any form of illegal or unethical means of communication is prohibited and will be grounds for termination of your participation in this program; (iv) we reserve the right to investigate any activity which we deem suspicious and if any referral is deemed by us to be deceptive, you agree that we will not be obligated to pay the fee; (v) you are not permitted, under any circumstances, to represent that you are acting on behalf of Aerobotics or that you have the authority to enter in any agreement on behalf of Aerobotics; (vi) you agree to govern yourself in an ethical and legal manner while participating in the program. By submitting a referral to Aerobotics, you are agreeing to and accepting the above terms and conditions.
