Meet the 10 AX Teams Exhibiting at the 2023 Dubai Airshow

1. AEROSENS
AEROSENS focuses on technology, digitalisation and automation for aviation. Their aircraft cabin management solution (AeroCMS) is an industry-certified, cloud-based platform allowing real-time visibility on the status of critical safety and security equipment, providing airlines with significantly increased efficiency and cost reduction.

3. Aiir Innovations
Borescope inspections are a tedious and complex process. Aiir Innovations uses smart features to automate the whole process and artificial intelligence to increase the quality of the inspection. Time is saved and safety is elevated!

4. AireXpert
AireXpert reduces labour and operational costs caused by silos and fragmentation across aviation and aerospace MRO ecosystems. The company’s digital tools unlock access to the integrated maintenance network and increase collaboration to drive efficiency, cost containment and compliance.

5. Basetwo
Basetwo is a low-code AI platform that enables engineers to optimize their production processes in real time. With Basetwo, engineers can connect to their production, quality and maintenance databases, and use that data to build robust simulation models and receive recommendations for how to operate their equipment and processes. To date, they have helped Fortune 500 manufacturers reduce cycle time and operational costs by over 40%.

6. Conductor Software

7. LexX Technologies
LexX Technologies ingests, decodes, and synthesizes all maintenance data, information and institutional knowledge; and provides a digital assistant solution to technicians working on critical plant & equipment — on any device. They leverage their own proprietary data ingest system, the best-in-class Large Language Models and Generative AI, to create a digital master corpus of their client’s organization and provide an intuitive user interface that is designed especially for the everyday use of a maintenance technician.

8. NABLA Mobility
NABLA Mobility reduces fuel consumption and carbon by using ML/AI to enhance flight plans with comprehensive, multi-factor flight optimizations. Their solution harnesses the power of machine learning-based predictions and optimizations. They can predict the turbulence for 45% — 85%, meaning a 7x to 14x higher rate than the commonly used VWS-based model. By adopting the solution, airlines are able to avoid turbulence effectively and achieve better operational resilience.

9. Sees.ai
The Sees.ai OS puts remote pilots in charge of connected & autonomous drones flying Beyond Visual Line Of Sight (BVLOS): Pilots in a central control room design the mission, and monitor progress in real-time for safety, whilst drones on site execute the mission using advanced 3D world-sensing & mapping and autonomous algorithms. In Q1 2021 they secured permission from the UK Civil Aviation Authority to fly their system routinely Beyond Visual Line of Sight in non-segregated airspace — the first (and still only) company in the UK to achieve such permission.

10. Zetamotion
Zetamotion provides a self-learning AI system capable of detecting defects and attributes not only on 2D but also on 2.5D surfaces across a wide range of products with an accuracy rate of 99%+ from the onset. Their system leverages a data feedback loop, fueled by a synthetic data engine, to accurately assess surface quality and pinpoint defects. Designed to minimise reliance on specialised hardware, Zetamotion’s AI-driven approach significantly simplifies the deployment and scalability of the system.
