From Academia to Quaisr
Before joining Quaisr, Assen was a PhD student in the energy industry. He then went on to gain valuable experience as a process engineer across various upstream assets for BP, working in different locations from Angola to the Shetlands. His passion for research and simulation drew him back into academia, where he became acquainted with the co-founders of Quaisr. Recognising a significant barrier to the adoption of high-quality research by multinational corporations, Assen joined Quaisr, driven by the vision of scaling research and bridging the gap between academia and industry.
