Stop and Take a Breath

There is something about taking the time to breathe out loud…

We’ve got to understand that after all we’re so very complicated. Beings with many faces, that’s who we are. We are chatty, but sometimes we are silent. We are happy, but sad… We need to take the time to understand ourselves.

Sometimes when we focus on a certain goal, it’s easy to loose touch with the present moment. Remember to take a real walk with your real legs. Jump out of warp 4. It’ll help you reflect.

“Realize deeply that the present moment is all you ever have.” — Eckhart Tolle

Be aware of the current moment, of who you are, where you are and where you are going. You have to practice self-awareness. As Tony Robbins will tell you, it is one of the rarest of human commodities. Do you really understand what he is saying? What does it mean to be self-aware?

It means that when you are walking down the street at night, and there is nobody around, and it’s a bit creepy, and it’s raining, and there’s some stray dogs barking at you, and you get into this melancholic state, to stop and deeply realize that it is because of the rain and keep moving forward with a big smile…
“Life is the dancer and you are the dance.” — Eckhart Tolle
