Whether or not you think the Black community is the most oppressed is a conversation you can have by yourself, but based on objective standards, they are.

In the face of changing laws and politics, such as anti-immigration and social attacks against Jews and Asians, there have been greater calls for collective solidarity with the Black community. Recently, the conversation around non-white anti-Blackness has curbed some desire to engage in solidarity efforts. Further accusations against Black people for so-called Black Anti-Semitism have further diminished desires for solidarity. The Black community has begun to think that calls for solidarity have become very transactional.

While I do not deny there have been pockets of ongoing collaboration, generally, it does seem very tit-for-tat, and once the sun comes out, these groups go back to “at least I am not Black.” Let me explain.
