Tack welding with improvised equipment

Or, Sparky does something tacky with a llama.

Meet Lemmy He’s supposed to be a llama.

Yesterday he was a handful of steel 7.62x39 cartridges and some nail gun nails.

Sparky and I tack welded him today. He’s not very big and frankly the welds are laughable. But Sparky WELDS. One crappy solar panel and three capacitors out of over thirty were used. It will weld better.

Lemmie in final assembly. Lemmie the Lightning Llama rises!

Cute, for re purposed war materiel. Say Hi Lemmie!

Not a fashion model,

Skull (Spot)comes out next week, dry, reinforce, paint. Circuitry (Sparky) progressing well, need to greatly increase voltage and amperage. (But it works!). Hydrogen production is in very early developmental stage(bubbles in a jar)

Tacking random pieces of metal together is quite amusing.
