Life has separated us,
We aren’t strangers

Now that you live
beyond these veils,
I still feel you in stars

Nights bring us near
Solitude binds us together
Nights often seem shorter
Days always seem eternal

Not everything inside
finds a way out
We have been burying
misery and pain
Only to remember dead ones.

Your absence doesn’t hurt
it hurts me,
If you don’t hold my hands
I shall still find a way
that leads to my fate & destiny

All these nights I long
Darkness never haunts me
I feel you in the silence
and embrace you in my dreams
