Isn’t the picture of the cake ravishing?

In this age of lockdown, baking is one among the top ranked hastags on Insta-good posts .

Well, the truth about this post, is that I am not about to tell you how to bake a goodie!

It’s all about the little things to stay your best on anything that you do. Like, the cherry which serves as a perfect topping on piece of cake. I have listed the following factors, which might come in handy to climb the ladder and go onwards to the top of the cake.

Power of visuals

“Visualize what you want to do before you do it. Visualization is so powerful that when you know what you want, you will get it.” Audrey Flack

It is of prime importance to visualise the process and outcome of any situation before putting your best foot forward. The mind is a churner of visions and bringing them to reality.

So for example, if you dream of being a pilot, start thinking of your first flight. The D-day when you get to wear your very own pilot uniform with a beam and take off to the skies. The sky would be your best friend from then on. The feel of soaring into the oceanous blue sky filled with puffy misted clouds is an ideal vision to be picturised.

So, whatever is the end goal of success according to you, try to create a vision of it and keep picturising it simultaneously along with real-time efforts. The perfect blend of both will help to achieve long lasting success.

Never trample anyone

“I am the inferior of any man whose rights I trample under foot”-Robert Green Ingersoll

As the quote above rightly says, one should never try to undermine another person’s right to acquire a higher position in life. In other words, you only prioritise your goals towards success, but in the process, do not step on other people’s goals.

In order to be the topmost ranked editor in your office, do not try to trample those in the line. In simple words, do not overstep or misstep on anyone to achieve your end goals. Never retort to any wrong means like spreading fake news about them or gossip about the ones in line to ruin their chances of getting the post at the office.

The focus should be on you getting on top, but not at the cost of stepping on someone else’s work or character. There should always be a hard work and long route to achieve fruitful success. Never opt for the wrong shortcuts.

Conclusion

Stick to the following thought that Mr.A.P.J.Kalam had said,

“Never stop fighting until you arrive at your destined place — that is, the unique you. Have an aim in life, continuously acquire knowledge, work hard, and have perseverance to realise the great life.”

Always aim for the highest pinnacle in life. Choose the right means to attain your aim. The path of your best aim will automatically be paved when the priorities and focus is aligned in symmetry.
