Hello!

Wherever you are in the world, I hope this article has found you well!

They say that the end of something means the beginning of another, and that couldn’t be more accurate for this time around the month; where we get swayed by the strong waves of our lives and eventually end up feeling overwhelmed if not worn out by the excessive efforts that we invest into our lives, as well as into our relationships!

How many of us allow ourselves to recover afterward? Do we express gratitude and appreciation for our minds, bodies, and souls for supporting us even at the roughest tides?

Breathe into Your Life

Learn not to strive,

Everything should be alright,

See it in the blooming flowers

See it in the cold breeze,

See life flowing by,

Gracefully, effortlessly and with ease,

Breathe into Your Life

For that is all you need,

Right now.

When your mind is spinning in light speed,

For that is all you want,

Right now.

When your heart needs your affection,

Your undying compassion, and your inner peace.

Breathe into your Life

And you shall be freed,

From the chains of weariness,

Those that have been there too long,

Pulling you too far,

Too fast,

Away from yourself, and your dreams.

So, whenever you feel put into a corner,

Suffocated by the cool wind,

I invite you, my friend, to remember this piece!

Imane Ben.

I am really excited to share this small piece with you! It was inspired by the white, and purple flowers I notice all flourished on the sidewalk during one of my morning commutes! I always remind myself to write about them in my notebook; and every time, I feel fascinated by how immune they seem to the chaos of people constantly walking by… Expressing one of life’s best lessons in resilience and natural beauty.

May you have a wonderful spring!

Thank you!
