I stared at this notepad for a minute,

A minute turned to minutes,

I won’t have thought it will be this hard comprehending this feeling

I saw the end last week, I wish I did from the very beginning

I have been so invested consciously and unconsciously like a true mother’s love for her children

damn.

I wish this moment could be forgotten

Telling me about how you hope I find someone better — someone more willing

A sentence I believe was born out of your purest feelings

But as no tear drops

And my heart didn’t stop

I guess i’m getting used to break ups

So to myself

I say,

Cheers, move on.
