Fear Is Not A Good Judge of How Bad Something Will Be

I’ve always been a rather reserved guy.

Since I was around six, I was picked on by other boys because I didn’t stand up for myself — I didn’t know how and my dad wasn’t around to show me. My mom, as loving and understanding as she was, had no clue how it is with boys.
