It’s a really simple exercise, you simply give your day a “grade” ranging from 0 to 100. Why not 0 to 10? Because it has been shown that people answer more accurately when asked to rate something from 0 to 100.

In the morning after waking up is the time you start to attach a grade to your day. If you slept well and woke up at the right time, you could give that day a “20”.

The next step, then, is to ask yourself:

“What can I do to bump up my grade?”

And try to get the best possible grade you can have at the end of the day. It could be done through small or big things.

In order to systematically improve yourself as the days pass by, you note your grade somewhere down e.g. a notebook, Excel, or Google Docs.

Own Example

This is how I have noted it down:

01/08/2020 is simply the date.
