Sometimes I go all chaotic typing Kermit and forget outside even exists — don’t be like me.

There’s some Harry Potter-level, mood-boosting magic in fresh air and sunshine. As a writer, it’s easy to lose myself in a story for hours and let the day slip away. To combat that, I set an alarm on my phone to take a 15-minute walk each day.
