The effortless way to love yourself right away, and it just needs very short of time.

“It is impossible to love ourselves in 3 seconds.”

“How can it work?”

“I don’t believe that.”

You’ll think like that when reading this title. But I’ll show you that it is possible, free and accessible for everyone.

That is SMILING

“Oh, everyone knew that.”

“I already smile a lot, and nothing changes.”

Let me prove it.

Just twisting the corners of your mouth is healthy for you. It not only brings good for your mind, your body but also makes a change to the world around you.

Smiling brings benefits to your health and happiness.

Ron Gutman, who is the founder and former CEO of Health Tap, gave an attractive speech at Ted Talk about the smile. He said it best:

“Lots of smiling can make you healthier. Smiling can help reduce the level of stress-enhancing hormones like cortisol, adrenaline, and dopamine; increase the level of mood-enhancing hormones like endorphin, and reduce overall blood pressure.”

The release of endorphins, the body’s natural feel-good chemical, also leads to an immediate increase in heart rate and oxygen consumption.

It boosts your body’s immune system, relieves some body aches or pains.

The more you smile, the healthier you can be.

Smiles make you more attractive.

You’re better-looking when you smile.

According to researchers at the Face Research Laboratory at the University of Aberdeen, Scotland is about rated smiles and attractiveness. they found both men and women were more impressed with images of people who made eye contact and smiled more than those who did not.

Ron Gutman also said:

“Smiling can make you look good in the eyes of others. A recent study at Penn State University found that when you smile, you don’t only appear to be more likable and courteous, but you actually appear to be more competent. “

Smiling makes you more fascinated and likable.

Scientists found that smiling can also embrace your youthful appearance. On average, the research has shown that you usually can look about three years younger. When you smile, it can naturally lift your face and can fend off any frown lines that you may get. As a result, this can help you to look younger.

How a smile can make a difference.

Have you ever asked yourself why someone smiles at you, and you automatically smile back?

It could be whoever you met: your friend, your work colleague, or maybe even a stranger.

Research has shown that based on the term which we called mirror neurons, we usually respond when you see someone smiling by mimicking it and laughing ourselves.

Scientists also found that seeing a cheerful smiling face activates your orbitofrontal cortex, which is in your brain processing sensory rewards. When you look at a person smiling, you’ll feel that you’re being rewarded.

Whenever a smile flashes across your face, the world smiles back.

So laughing more often, regardless of your mood, can improve your health, your well-being, and especially somehow you make the people around you also smile :)
