We all want to change to adapt to a better and healthier lifestyle.

To be more informed, we want to finish reading that book purchased some months ago.

To be more healthy, we want to use those running shoes bought some months ago.

To be more mindful, we want to utilize that super useful meditation app installed some months ago.

We want to be a better version of ourselves, but there is always a thing or two that blocks our noble intentions. We always find ourselves one step short of perfection.

What delays our Upliftment? What halts our progress? What hinders our success?

To answer all three: lack of willpower to resist the short-term gratification. We lose sight of our long term goal and fail to resist instant happiness.

The Almighty has blessed us with an equal number of seconds in a day to all. None are privileged enough to get one or two seconds more a day based on their caste, creed, or color.

So(here comes the most used question), why some are successful and some not?
