I Miss You

A short poem

I’m right here, standing in a crowd
this place seems too loud
but I only hear three words
and I hope it reaches out your world
because my heart will keep on chasing you
It won’t stop saying ‘I Miss You’

These are the words that play through my mind while walking through the subway on my way home. Living alone in a city makes me miss my family so much. Loneliness nudged me to write this short poem.
