‘I believe in you, you are
worthy,’
declared the voice,
To her,
I say ‘Thank you’.

A bundle of books, and a
2-year-old kid,
determined to study,
To her,
I say ‘Thank you’.

‘The jacket suits you, I
love it,’
commended the gentleman,
To him,
I say ‘Thank you’.

‘Do anything you want, it’s
your life,’
mother’s tenderness,
To her,
I say ‘Thank you’.

Raised the kids, forsaking his
employment,
Father’s worry,
To him,
I say ‘Thank you’.
