When humanity as a whole becomes vulnerable at the face of death — fast cars, duplex bungalows, the latest gadgets, and designer handbags, all lose a bit of their sheen.

If you look back at your life to date, you will realize that the moments that make you smile even today or leave you with tiny tears of joy have nothing to do with the things you have amassed in your life.

It is the glint in your loved one’s eyes, the warmth that spread within you in that one tight embrace, those moments where you had tears from laughing out so loud with your best friend.

At the end of our lives also, it will be these little things, these small moments. Live for them. Collect them, share them, and create some more — A treasure chest full of little memories. They may seem trivial, but they add up beyond any price tag.

Let us live a life where we are conscious of these little things and make it count.
